We are opinionated about what we implement from scratch. We prefer modern, flexible platforms that grow with the business.
- Core Implementation Platforms. These are platforms we actively design and implement end to end. These include HubSpot (for revenue, lifecycle, and service operations) and n8n (for automation, orchestration, and integration logic). This allows faster iteration, lower long term cost, and clearer ownership.
- Supported and Maintained Platforms. We regularly support, improve, and integrate existing implementations of: Salesforce, Atlassian, many other Legacy CRMs and service tools. We help teams get more value from what they already have.
- Integration and Utility Tools. We provide setup and integration support for tools that sit around the core system, such as: Telephony and calling platforms, Email and messaging tools, Customer support tooling, Analytics and tracking utilities. These are integrated where useful. Not over engineered.
